Its thematic focus is on the study of historical religious education. In a first and basic step the project aims to continue the existing \u201eBiographies of Religious Education\u201c about the years 1900-1960 to the years 1750-1900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The biography is meant to present a reliable instrument to unlock the professional discourse in the second half of the 18th century and the 19th century. The scientific analyses points at the existence of qualitative jumps in the contiuum of reflexion of practice and formation of theory, of catechesis and religious education.
